Our major investment in production is now taking shape at the factory. Following preparations and the concrete pour, the first two TRUMPF machines have been installed—an important step toward increased capacity, a higher degree of automation, and greater flexibility.
From Preparation to Move-In
The work began with preparing the factory floor and pouring the foundation for the new machines. Now we’ve taken the next step: transporting, lifting, and positioning the equipment inside the workshop.
First to arrive wasthe TRUMPF TruBend 5230, our new press brake for precise and flexible sheet metal bending. Next camethe TRUMPF TruMatic 5000, a combined punch and laser machine that enables laser cutting, punching, and forming of sheet metal parts all in a single machine.
With two out of three new machines now in place, our investment is becoming increasingly tangible. This initiative opens up new opportunities for us in manufacturing and strengthens our ability to meet our customers’ needs, from simple sheet metal parts to more complex components.
