Together with Narr Confectionery, we at Hallins have manufactured coating pans for their production.
Coating pans are rotating drums that are used to evenly coat a praline core with, for example, chocolate, sugar or powder. It is an essential tool in the confectionery industry to ensure an even and high-quality coating.
