Three new TRUMPF machines will soon be installed in our production facility. This is one of our biggest investments in the future—an investment that will increase capacity, boost the level of automation, and give us even greater flexibility.
At Hallins, we continue to develop our in-house production to meet both today’s and tomorrow’s needs. With our new machines, we are expanding our capabilities to manufacture everything from simple sheet metal parts to complex, high-precision components.
Three new machines boost production:
TRUMPF TruMatic 5000 – Multiple Processes in a Single Machine
A combined punching and laser machine that enables laser cutting, punching, and forming of sheet metal parts in a single machine. By combining multiple processes, we achieve efficient and flexible production with high precision.
TRUMPF TruBend Center Series 7000 – Automated Bending
An advanced, automated bending machine for efficient bending and forming of sheet metal parts. The automated handling reduces the need for manual steps and provides us with excellent capabilities for manufacturing complex parts with numerous bends.
TRUMPF TruBend 5230 – flexible and precise press braking
A powerful press brake for precise sheet metal bending. With this machine, we can handle everything from simple parts to more complex components with multiple angles and dimensions.
